“When I arrived the first time , trying to check in the guy in the front desk asks and behaves am not welcome here and asked me right away are you opioids ? And I said what you talking about? And he said never mind, then I checked in and stay two days and I reported to the front desk office still don’t get any response yet , but this is insane and unacceptable behavior, please don’t charge the customer their color or ethnicity or whey they come from?”

“The property was under renovation and our first room a/c ran continually with a constant temperature of 62 degrees. Front desk gave us a remodeled room the next day and the rest of the stay was good.”
